Carmel Convent Senior Secondary School issues Transfer Certificates to students in accordance with ICSE affiliation rules and school regulations. The certificate confirms the student’s academic record, conduct and duration of study at the institution.

About Transfer Certificate

A Transfer Certificate is issued when a student leaves the school due to completion of a class, transfer of parents, or other valid reasons. Issuance of TC is subject to clearance of all dues and fulfillment of school formalities.

Procedure for Issue of Transfer Certificate

Submit a written application addressed to the Principal
Mention the reason for withdrawal clearly
Ensure all school dues are fully cleared
Return school ID card, library books and other materials
Processing time: 3–5 working days
TC will be issued only during official school office hours
